- Americans are now competing with workers from all countries for many jobs and not just other Americans.
- Expect more corporate downsizing. Middle management men especially.
- More work for fewer workers. If you have a job, you will be asked to do more to pick up the slack.
- Job security comes from your ability to produce.
- Home based businesses will become more popular.
- Telecommuting from home will become more popular because it saves companies money.
- Temp and part time workers will increase in numbers.
