Dan Miller is a career coach and his books and writings center around one theme. Finding work that we enjoy and are called to do. I learned about Dan Miller by reading Dave Ramsey’s books. Turns out they are both good friends. Dan worked in the corporate world for several years. Traditional jobs. Paycheck every two weeks, 2 weeks vacation a year, company car, health insurance, etc. But he saw limitations to his income in this type of job. Financial limitations. He went to college, got multiple degrees, and eventually became self employed. He started and ran many businesses over the years. He learned by trial and error, what works and what does not work. 17 years ago Dan ran two businesses with over 47 employees. Today, he has seven streams of income, and no full time employees.
