Credit card fees of any kind stink. Here are 4 tips to help you avoid credit card fees.
- Join a credit union. Most credit unions will not fee their users to death for everything like traditional banks will.
- Get a prepaid credit card. You deposit $500 or other amount, and that is your credit limit.
- Try a secured credit card. Similar to a prepaid card, this can help you establish credit or improve your credit.
- Stop using credit cards. This is what my personal goal is. Stop using credit cards and avoid their fees and “games”.
