Can you imagine having to pay $650 per month for health insurance for one person? I know a lady that is self employed and pays this much. And, she has $40 copay’s when she does go to the doctor.
I agree that our health care system is not perfect and could use some improvements. But I don’t want the Feds being the one making the changes, or being in charge of it. Socialized medicine is not the answer. Our government is already broke. It can’t afford to give free health care to anyone that comes to our country, including those coming here that are not even legal citizens. Health care for all means higher taxes. Something our citizens can not afford either.
My personal view. What is yours?
My employer provides insurance to the employee at no cost. Coverage for spouse, children or both costs an arm and a leg! We have one person who covers her husband and she pays over $600 a month and the one guy who has his child covered (his wife now has her own insurance coverage) pays over $500.
